In einer Live-Performance werden Aufnahmen aus Stanley Bay, Hong Kong (1978), Ungarn (1985) sowie von verschiedenen Zugreisen von und nach Hartford, Connecticut und von Stockholm nach Kopenhagen von Phill Niblock zu einer Soundcollage aus sowohl vom Künstler aufbereitetem, komponiertem als auch gefundenem Audiomaterial gemixt. Zusätzlich verwendet er Material aus einem Stück über den Klang von fließendem Wasser in Aomori in Japan sowie Straßenaufnahmen aus Gent.

Das Stück ist weder mikrotonal noch ist es Musik. Es ist jedenfalls nicht die Art von Musik, die der Künstler üblicherweise komponiert noch hat der Sound etwas mit jenem monolithischen Tonkörper der frühen Arbeiten Phill Niblocks zu tun.

In a live performance, Phill Niblock will mix materials recorded in Stanley Bay, Hong Kong in 1978; Hungary in 1985; and on various trains - to and from Hartford Connecticut, and from Stockholm to Copenhagen - creating a new sound collage. In addition, the artist will add material from a piece on the sound of flowing water from Aomori, Japan, and material of tram and street sounds from Gent, Belgium.
Niblock: "The piece is not microtonal. It's not music, it's certainly not "my" music, it has nothing to do with the music that I normally make, or the rather monolithic body of music which is my historic (hysterical?) work."
