As a sound engineer at the ORF for 42 years, Gerhard Wieser has been a vital part of numerous Kunstradio projects such as Bill Fontana's sound installation and radio sculpture "Landscape Soundings - Klanglandschaften" (1990), the sound exhibition ZEITGLEICH (1994), Familie Auer (1996), Recycling the Future (1997), Re-Inventing Radio (2004) and many more. On the occasion of Gerhard Wieser's retirement, alien productions, Rupert Huber and Beusch/Cassani who like many others have worked with him present a farewell gift, a live radio performance from Studio RP4 at the ORF Funkhaus in Wien.
