Frano Durović (Dubrovnik, 1971)
graduated in composition from the Zagreb Academy of Music in the class of Frano Parać. In addition to orchestral, chamber and instrumental works, he has also composed a great number of electronic and electro-acoustic compositions, installations and multimedia projects in which he successfully combines music with various forms of the visual arts. He has received several prestigious awards (the Josip Štolcer Slavenski and Stjepan Šulek Awards). He is a regular member of the Croatian Composers' Society and works as a senior lecturer at the Zagreb Academy of Music.
