Damion Romero (b. 1970, Los Angeles) is a sound artist who works with amplified tones, acoustic resonance and feedback. Since the early 1990s, he has been actively recording, performing shows, and also organizing events in the Los Angeles area. In recent times he has worked closely in collaboration with others, such as Hiroshi Hasegawa (as Astromero), Shannon Walter (as Seven Depressions), John Wiese (as Waves), Daniel Menche, Zbigniew Karkowski, and David Scott Stone. He hosts a weekly, two hour radio program of noise on KXLU
88.9 FM.
