Event Background:

art@radio has invited Baltimore sound artists and musicians Andy Hyleck, Soy Jones, Catherine Pancake and Steve Bradley, Ian Nagoski and Tim Nohe Nautical Almanac as Carly Ptak and James Twig Harper to perform a diverse series of sonic works over a five hour period. Their works comprise a mixture of electroacustic, home made and circuit bent instruments, and laptop processing, voice and short-wave radio cumulating into a rich sonic experience. Between the live sets selected sound works by the artists are streamed.
