Technical considerations 0.1

On the forwarding of documents

What is the easiest and most efficient :

  • everybody that communicates in the course of the development of Bridges & Rivers should send a copy of papers to all of the others
or
  • everybody that communicates in the course of the development of Bridges & Rivers should send a copy to a hub (Ars Acustica's coordinator ? One of the Artistic directors ?) that re-directs copies of the papers to all of the others

?

I propose that we use a hub strategy, so that nobody gets forgotten and that someone (at least one) gets everything and keeps track.

I propose that everybody that needs to communicate with another should do so publicly, on the public place of a shared document that would repertory all of our technical, theoretical, organizational, philosophical and any other ...al word exchanges in the development of Bridges & Rivers. Every comment, every proposal, every wish or request, information or complaint should appear in it and be shared by everybody.

I suggest that everybody in the Ars Acustica group BUY A BINDER and collect all papers, letters, informations that is forwarded by other group members. Better than a catalogue or a manifesto, this will become a growing user's manual of Bridges & Rivers as well as a silent witness of the curse of our thoughts and the evolution of our links.

I suggest that everybody who receives the papers and informations makes three copies of everything and sends them to three related individuals or organizations that they have or wish to have links with. They -of course- are then invited to do the same and forward information to other potential actors or observors in our play. This has to become out of control.

I propose that all papers and informations also be made available on the electronic network (on the KunstRadio Web site ?) so that the wave can spread even wider.
