April 1993 lud das Kunstradio die beiden nach Wien. Hier - auf sozusagen neutralem Boden - entstanden im digitalen Hörspielstudio des ORF aus Geräuschen, Klängen, Musik und Originaltonaufnahmen zwei sehr unterschiedliche Radiokompositionen, die zugleich auch sehr persönliche, zutiefst künstlerische - und gerade deshalb auch tief berührende - Statements zur Tragödie im ehemaligen Jugoslawien darstellen. | When Yugoslavia was still one nation, Arsenije Jovanovic and Ivana Stefanovic were among the most renowned radio artists in Europe. In March and April 1993 they were invited to Vienna by the Austrian broadcasting corporation's (ORF) KUNSTRADIO. Combining noises, sounds, music and original recordings to create their pieces, they developed two very different personal, deeply artistic and, for this reason, also deeply moving statements on the tragedy in the former Yugoslavia.
