Based on Paul Pörtner's acoustic play "ALEA", which refers to Stéphane Mallarmé's poem "UN COUP DE DÉS JAMAIS N'ABOLIRA LE HASARD" from 1897, Pisek has developed a monologue. During the overdubbing of the tapes, the archivist develops a strong reference to the content of the tapes, which she also articulates.
Bruno Pisek has worked through Pörtner's original sounds and tapes in detail. The artist has interwoven these original sounds with the flow of the archivist's text and her own draft text.
