Cécile Broché studied classical music, contemporary music, improvisation, and attended jazz courses. She graduated at the Conservatory of Liège and Brussels, where she was awarded the First Prizes for Violin and for Chamber music. She also studied with renowned artists such as Philip Hirshorn, Arnould Massart, Garrett List, Malcolm Goldstein and Barre Philips.
Parallel to her musical activities, she works on movement and body awareness techniques with various specialists. She also collaborates with performers of other disciplines such as acting and dance.
