  • Martha Kiss Perrone




    Brazilian director, actress, and dramaturgist Martha Kiss Perrone works in theatre, performance, dance, and cinema. Part of ColetivA Ocupação – a group formed by students and performers who met during the high school occupation movement in São Paulo in 2015 – she also now works internationally.

    In TV, she has directed the shows Rózà, Revolta Lilith, and When it Breaks it Burns. In cinema, Perrone worked as art director and acting coach in Petra Costa's Elena; script advisor in Olmo and the Seagull (Petra Costa) and in Êxtase (Moara Passoni); acting coach for Roberto Veiga’s short movie Volta Seca; and as choreographer in videoclips directed by Fernando Nogari, such as »Liquid Slow.« She is currently collaborating with Swiss director Milo Rau for Antigone in Amazon and directing the musical Goldfadn's Dream at Casa do Povo.
