LUCA PALLADINO

Luca Palladino became a sound addict when he began working at CKUT 90.3 FM, a community radio station in Montreal, as a programming coordinator in December 2000 (www.ckut.ca). He has since then compiled and produced a CD entitled "Dissonance: an audiology of dissent" (www.cumuluspress.com) that brings us the sounds of the Quebec City protests of April 2001 in which 40,000 protesters marched to denounce the Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) negotiations (www.stopftaa.org). Luca wishes to use sound to resonate the absolute absurdity and paradoxes of the human species. You can also hear him dance in a piece he produced for the CBC on the Internet (here).
