      Seven months independent study in Europe, 1967-68.
      New School of Art, Toronto, 1969/71.
      Various jobs, construction, bartender, railway, farm labour, etc.
      Professional musician, Toronto, playing blues and rock'n'roll.
      Moved to Vancouver and joined Western Front in 1973.
      Explored radio art and telecommunications from 1975.
      Extensive travels, including 13 month world tour with Kate Craig in 1980-81.
      Since the late 1980s various exchange projects with Japan and other Asian countries.

- Currently acting with a consortium to found a new Vancouver Centre for Contemporary Asian Art.
